The present specification relates to a device for putting on condoms, being destined to ease the application of each condom (b) unfolded all along the length of the penis (c), being each condom (b) of the type that consists in a tubular, elongated and impermeable casing, which, structured in an elastomer, it is shut at one end (10), while at the other end it ends in an annular condom (6) which constitutes the base of the folding of its laminar walls (7); characterized because it comprehends an annular body (a), being its external diameter larger than that of the condom (b) to be applied, comprehended by walls with its even external faces born in the delimiting border of the inlet mouth (9) to the internal part of the ring, which progressively increases the diameter of its external face, until it ends in the border (4) delimiting the escape mouth (10) of that conformed space.
