<p>The filled moulding plate is mounted on a hinged cover plate, with individual needles at the centres of each mould, and the hinged plate swung over the aperture in the top of the chamber through which the belt or baking tray is moved. Each mould and needle has a number of ejector, rods, symmetrically around the needle, fixed to a string loaded back plate, which when operated moves so that it remains parallel to the cover, the ejector passing through apertures in the cover and the moulding plate. Dough is ejected uniformly and without damage.</p> |
