CONSTITUTION:A game machine is provided with an LCD panel 11, a key switch 12, a removing microswitch 17, an IC card reader 18, an IC card controller 19, a CPU 21, an application CPU 22, an application ROM 23, a RAM 24, a card information memory 25, a removing flag 26, a function setting data memory 27, a card I/O 28, and a power unit 29, etc. A module 14 is integrally mounted beneath an LCD module, and when the power of the game machine is turned off and then turned on again after the operation of the game machine has been finished normally, the operation of the game machine is started only after the insertion of the special IC card 20; if the operation of the game machine has been finished abnormally, that abnormal state is cancelled only with the insertion of the special IC card 20, and then the operation of the game machine is restarted. |
