MANUFACTURING METHOD AND DEVICE OF LAMINATE ALUMINIUM SHEATH CABLE

This method enhances the complexed works in the old way of fabricating laminate aluminum sheath cable by simultaneously doing both laminate aluminum sheathing job and continuous, safe, and stable gluing of folded parts. The method comprises the steps of: sheathing cylinderically a cable core (1) and laminate aluminum (2) in a former (3); fabricating dices (4) (4') in a form; melting the external coating of laminate aluminum (2) by heating the folded parts of the laminate aluminum sheathed by the cable core; and makeing the extenal coating of laminate aluminum epitaxially grow by itself by a pressure roller (9).
