PURPOSE:To eliminate recording-operation fault based on the fluctuations of ambient atmosphere and stabilize the density of recorded images by covering the recording surface of a recording sheet entering the recording part of a recorder with the film of insulation-type liquid. CONSTITUTION:Insulation-type coating liquid 9 such as silicone oil is coated on the recording surface of a recording sheet 1 by a scooping-up roller 6 and a pressing roller 7. The coating liquid 9 scooped up by the scooping-up roller 6 is metered with a doctor 10, after which it is coated on the bottom surface of the sheet 1, whereby the film 9a is formed on the sheet recording surface. At the record operating, a signal electric field has been formed between a counter electrode 11 and recording electrode 12 and therefore the toner 15a being conveyed is driven by energizing of the electric field and transfers to the sheet 1 side, thereby depositing on the film 9a of the recording sheet 1 and forming information images. This constitution stabilizes the density of the recorded images and yields good recorded images. |
