PURPOSE:To securely facilitated the demolding of a urethane pad, whatever shape the pad may have, by a method wherein air blowing is executed in the urethane pad after molding. CONSTITUTION:The mating surfaces of a top mold 10 and of a bottom mold 4 are so designed as to form an air escaping passage at mold closing. On the top mold 10, an air blowing member 12, which can feed compressed air to a plurality of air nozzles 22, each of which passes through the top mold 10 so as to bring its tip to the specific position in molding recess parts 6 of the bottom mold 4 at mold closing, is provided. Further, in each air nozzle 22 positioned in the molding recess part 6, a non-return valve 24, which is opened only by the pressure applied from above, is provided. |
