PURPOSE:To prevent any kickback from taking place when an engine is started while treading on a brake pedal, by inhibitting the action of an actuator until a specified time passes from the time when a changeover valve is closed. CONSTITUTION:When an engine is started while treading a brake pedal 7, a signal is output from a changeover controller 35 to excite each of electromagnetic changeover valves 4FL-4RR so as to close the valves. And a signal is output from a braking pressure controller 34 so as to actuate each of electric actuators 3FL-3RR in accordance with the trodden degree of the brake pedal 7. But until a specified time passes since the signal for closing each changeover valve is outputted, the output signal of the braking pressure controller 34 can not be input in driving circuits 36FL-36RR by a restrictive means 38. In the meantime, respective changeover valves 4FL-4RR are completely closed and the connection between the master cylinder M and respective wheel brakes B FL-B RR is completely cut off. And after a specified time passes, the output signal of the brake pressure controller 34 is input. |
