The sealed container made of plastic material is produced from a single sheet, preferably having a cellular structure. The container is welded along welding lines (21) and comprises overlap weld spots (23) and folding lines on the base and on two opposite side walls which make it possible to fold the container (20) in order to obtain a structure in the form of a panel consisting of superimposed layers which is particularly convenient for minimizing the space necessary for each container (20) during its transport or handling before use. <IMAGE>
