The apparatus prevents the lubricant oil within a crank chamber from flowing into the upper part of a piston by recovering the oil, seperated from an oil filter, to a crank case, not by exchanging oil filters. The apparatus comprises a 1st passageway(73), connected to a lower space(64) of a piston(58), having a 1st check valve(72); a 2nd passageway(76), connected to the 1st passageway(73) and a crank space(53), having a 2nd check valve(78); a 3rd passageway(77), connected to the 1st passageway(73) and the crank space(53), having a 2nd valve(78); a venturi tube(79) positioned on lower part of the 3rd passageway(77).
