发明名称 Fused zirconia refractory materials method for producing the same and refractory products
摘要 Fused zirconia refractory materials have less content of SiO2, high particle strength and hardness and advantageously less content of radioactive elements, particularly non-stabilized, partially or fully stabilized fused zirconia refractory materials obtained from desilicated zirconia derived from zircon. The refractory materials have 0.01 to 0.5 wt. % SiO2, a crystal size of larger than 50 mu m, particle strength of 30 kgf, hardness of at least 10 GPa and preferably have a total amount of U and Th being below 1,000 ppm. Refractory products using said materials as well as methods for producing said materials by an electrofusion process are described.
