SCREENING OF MICROALGA

摘要

PURPOSE:To efficiently carry out the screening of microalga effective for easily keeping the quality of subcultured strain by adding a liquid containing plural kinds of microalgae to a liquid having density gradient, thereby separating the microalgae. CONSTITUTION:Screening of microalgae is carried out by adding a liquid containing two or more kinds of microalgae such as Chlorella and Spirulina to a liquid having discontinuous density gradient and separating the objective alga from the other algae taking advantage of the specific gravity difference.
