The circuit includes a liquid crystal driving control circuit for generating exclusive logic-operated value of M signal and input data, an output driving circuit having N-channel and P-channel transistors, the gate of the N-channel and P-channel transistors receiving the output of the liquid crystal control circuit, and a liquid crystal driving voltage selection circuit having P-channel and N-channel MOR transistors which receive LCD selection on/off voltage and nonselection on/off voltage, the selection circuit generating LCD selection/nonselection on/off voltages according to M signal and inverted M signal, and applying two voltages to the transistor of the output drivingcircuit.
