PURPOSE:To provide a self diagnosis function and to automatically monitor the occurrence of abnormality in a device. CONSTITUTION:The energizing from power source Vcc to plural sensors 3 is turned on/off by a power source control means provided with a transistor Q1 turned on/off by the control of a control part 20, and output signals from plural sensors 3 are inputted from a sensor signal input means provided with a pull-up resistor 2 and a limit resistor R3 to an interface I/0, and by a decision means provided in the control part 20, the normal/abnormal of the sensor 3 or the sensor signal input means is decided based on the signal inputted from the sensor 3 when the energizing to the sensor 3 is turned on or off. |
