PURPOSE:To obtain a preferable mosaic image by arranging a main scanning mosaic means on the input and output sides of a slanting means and executing mosaic processing after slanting processing. CONSTITUTION:The main scanning mosaic means 501 is added to the input side of an image processing part and memories 301, 302 are controlled by a control part 402 to form sub-scanning mosaic. On the other hand, slanting is executed by changing the input or output timing of the memories 301, 302 by an address conversion par 502. In the constitution, an image processing part can execute mosaic processing after slanting processing and obtain a preferable output image. The slanting processing can be attained by changing the position of an output image from a synchronizing signal (reference position) in each line or in each plural lines. The image position is moved by changing a reading address or a writing address by means of a memory for storing a line. |
