PURPOSE: To reduce or evade deviation in picture quality and compensate the stability of the size of a receiving medium by providing a means which can continuously generate gas conditions for substantially stable humidity and temperature right nearby an image formation part, a toner development part, and a toner transfer part. CONSTITUTION: A form web 6 is carried into the printing device by a driving roller 22. Then an air intake manifold 25 in a hollow plate shape having slit blowouts 26 for blowing fresh control air into a housing 20 is provided in the direction of a development area. After controlled environment is established at the image formation part, air containing toner dust and ozone is sucked out through the blowouts in the development section 24. The blowouts are connected to one of discharge manifolds 28 which are each provided for one flank of the web 6. The air exiting from image formation parts A-E' through the discharge manifolds 28 is readjusted by an air-conditioning device and recirculated. |
