<p>PURPOSE:To surely issue an abnormality notice to a center monitoring device and to easily find out the cause of abnormality in the center monitoring device. CONSTITUTION:It is discriminated whether or not measuring data from the measuring parts M1-M10 of a local monitoring device L1 are normal data, by an abnormality inspection unit 12a, and all the measuring data received via a measuring terminal reception unit 21 and abnormal measuring data discriminated as to be abnormal data, are stored in semiconductor memory 13b by a measuring value storage unit 13a based on a discriminated result, and after that, they are stored in a hardware disk 13d, and line connection with the center monitoring device 3 is performed by selecting a line on which communication with the center monitoring device 3 can be performed by a communication control unit 14a, and the abnormal measuring data is transmitted, and when a data transmission request to designate desired measuring data from the keyboard 33 of the center monitoring device 3 is received, designated measuring data is read out from the hardware disk 13d, and it is transmitted to the center monitoring device 3.</p> |
