<p>PURPOSE: To obtain a precise voltage reference for integrated circuit. CONSTITUTION: This precise voltage reference circuit is provided with a pair of similar flash EEPROM memory cells 12 and 13 having different charges at floating gates, circuit for connecting each cell 12 and 13 with a pair of parallel circuits which generate equal current values in a balanced state, device which detects a voltage in each parallel circuit pair, and supplies an output voltage which can be sued as a reference value when the currents are balanced, and device which detects the change of the output voltage when the output voltage is changed from the voltage supplied at the time of balancing, changes the currents flowing through the flash EEPROM memory cells 12 and 13, and balances the currents.</p> |
