Warehouse door in which the shutter (1) is raised by winding it around a shaft (2), said shutter (1) comprising a top end which is fixed to the said shaft (2) and a free bottom end which can be moved between a lowered closed position and a raised open position by rotating the shaft, characterized by a link between an element hereinafter known as a counter-slope (6), which is secured to the wall and is stationary whilst the shutter (1) is moving, and an enlarged portion (7, 8) which is parallel to the shaft (2) and is approximately as long as the shutter (1) is wide, at a distance from the bottom edge of the shutter (1), designed to be level with the said counter-slope (6) when the shutter is in the lowered or closed position, so as to provide a sealed contact in the region of the said shaft (2) in the lowered closed position of the shutter. <IMAGE>
