The invention relates to a device for the quick coupling of a first dental instrument, for example a hand-piece, to a second instrument or a power supply cable, the device being of the type comprising an attachment bushing (1) fixed on the threaded body of the first instrument, and a coupling piece (2) fixed to the second instrument, characterised in that the attachment bushing (1) comprises a base (7) provided with passages for the connection tubes and elements (9) of the instrument, the said base (7) receiving an end joint (10) surrounding the said connection tubes and elements in order to ensure sealing by virtue of its being compressed as a result of the axial pressure created upon joining the connection end-piece to the bushing. <IMAGE>
