<p>PURPOSE:To prevent an abnormal abrasion or a damage of a flexible cable, by fixing a spring elastic body by adhering the spring elastic body at least to a part of the flexible cable. CONSTITUTION:When a flat cable 7 is loosened to wind or fastened to wind around a winding core 6, according to the operation of a steering, the relative position between the flat cable 7 and a spring elastic body 12 is varied because both members are not integrated, and the end of the spring elastic body 12 slides on the flat cable 7. However, since the spring elastic body 12 is fixed to the flat cable 7 about at the center of the length of the body 12, the variation of the relative position can be dispersed in the directions to both ends of the spring elastic body 12. As a result, since the sliding of the spring elastic body 12 on the flat cable 7 can be reduced, an abnormal abrasion of the flat cable 7 and the spring elastic body 12, and a damage of the flat cable 7 can be prevented.</p> |
