CONSTITUTION:Many synthetic resin capsules 27 are contained in a casing 22 coat with a heat insulator 21. The capsules 27 are mixtures of acid type capsules 27A, in which acidic aqueous solution is sealed as a heat accumulating material, and alkali type capsules 27B, in which alkaline aqueous solution is sealed, where a ratio of the numbers of them is so set as to be completely neutralized when the capsules 17 are damaged and both the aqueous solutions are entirely mixed. |
