<p>N-alkoxy or N-aryloxy polyhydroxy fatty acid amides are used in combination with anionic surfactants to provide highly soluble detergent particles. Particles comprising alkyl sulfates, alkyl benzene sulfonates and other conventional anionic surfactants with, for example, fatty N-(3-methoxypropyl) glucamide surfactants are disclosed for use in laundry detergents.</p> |
