The sheet consists of plates (1) shaped with a relief forming alone, or in cooperation with adjacent plates, an obstacle or shield for the point of a sharp member which slides on the plates. The relief (4) is in the form of a fold at right angles or substantially at right angles or a segment of a cylinder.
