PURPOSE:To reduce turn around time at the time of editing operation to improve editing efficiency by display-controlling a virtual document file based on set display permission/inhibition data. CONSTITUTION:A virtual document file display control means 8d displays only data of each hierarchy which is permitted to display on a display device based on display permission/inhibition data set by a display permission/inhibition data setting means 8c from virtual document file data which is read out from an external memory and developed by an internal memory. For example, if display permission/inhibition data is data permitting display up to the hierarchy of 'paragraph' with respect to hierarchizing data segmenting the set of the document of an optional scale such as 'chapter', 'paragraph', 'item' a virtual document file display control means 8d edits and arranges data up to the hierarchy of 'paragraph' in the internal memory from the virtual document file as data for display and displays the piece of data. |
