PURPOSE:To obtain excellent impact resistance, wear resistance with ice floe by covering a polyolefin resin layer with fiber cloth in a polyolefin-coated steel material in which a modified polyolefin resin layer and a polyolefin resin layer are laminated on a surface of a steel material in which its substrate is treated. CONSTITUTION:A polyolefin-coated steel tube is formed by, for example, coating a surface of a steel tube 1 in which scale is removed with chromate by a chromate treating agent coater, and baking it by a heater. Then, the surface is coated with epoxy primer by an epoxy primer coater. Thereafter, it is thermally cured by the heater. Then, the surface is coated with a modified polyolefin resin layer 2 by a modified polyolefin resin coater, and when a polyolefin resin layer 3 is extruded and coated by a T die, a part between a first layer and a second layer is simultaneously coated with fiber cloth 4 by a fiber cloth coater, and then cooled by a cooler. |
