摘要 |
PURPOSE:To produce a dielectric porcelain having high dielectric constant capable of being sintered at such a low temperature as to be able to bake various kinds of dielectric parts having a structure containing an inner electrode material. CONSTITUTION:A glass material is added to a Ba-Ti-Nd-Bi-Al dielectric material containing 10-16mol.% of BaO, 67.5-72mol.% of TiO2 and 15-18mol.% of Nd2O3 as main components and 5-11wt.% of Bi2O3 and 0.3-1wt.% of Al2O3 as sub- components and the average particle diameter of the powder is controlled to <=0.1mum followed by baking at 900-1100 deg.C. The glass material preferably has the composition of 30-45wt.% of SiO2, 10-20wt.% of B2O3 and 38-48wt.% of BaO. Preferable addition amount of this glass material is 1-50vol.% based on the above dielectric material. |
