PURPOSE:To provide a apparatus for sorting dried small sardines in order of size based on fish body by revolving a conically shaped sorting roller having plural rod members on its surface, for connecting discs at both ends thereof. CONSTITUTION:A cage-shaped sorting roller 30 is constructed by arranging plural rod members 33 connecting discs 31, 32 provided at both ends of a coaxially conically shaped sorting roller. Both the discs are supported by at least two supporting rollers 21, 22, which are then revolted by an electric motor 25 to revolve the supporting rollers and dried small sardines 15 are charged via an inlet 34 into the sorting roller 30, and the dried small sardines are sorted taking sdvantage of the difference in space between the rod members adjacent to each other. |
