The estimated reduced speed alpha is calculated as a reduced speed corresponding to torque variation at the time of shift-down operation in the state of a travel in an overdrive state to the 3rd speed gear. When a braking force is automatically applied on the basis of the distance to a precedent vehicle, the relative speed, etc., the stop lamps are automatically turned ON, so the following vehicle is informed of the speed reduction state of this vehicle to prevent a collision.</p> |
