The apparatus is disclosed in which the wet duster stick is formed in a manner that two semicircular bodies are superposed, a space controlling pin is formed in axles, the diameter of the wet duster stick is expanded and contracted as the space controlling pin is in and out between the bodies, thereby rapidly controlling the diameter of the wet duster stick.
