<p>PURPOSE:To provide a tape running stoppage detecting device capable of giving the degree of freedom to the arrangement of members for releasing the pressing of a spring by preparing two parts for releasing the pressing of the spring for a malfunction preventing device. CONSTITUTION:When the tape running operation lever of a tape recorder is in a non-actuation position, a spring 41 presses a rocking member Y so that the tip part 34 of the rocking member Y is not abutted on the actuating projection 82 of a rotating body 80 and the malfunction of the detection of the tape running stoppage is prevented. The one end 43 and the other end 44 of this spring 41 are engaged with the rocking member Y and with an other end- releasing member 56 respectively to be in a pressing state. Further, a releasing device for releasing the pressing state of the spring 41 is constituted of an one end-releasing member 51 for releasing the one end of the spring 41 and the other end-releasing member 56 for releasing the other end 44 of the spring 41.</p> |
