<p>PURPOSE: To reduce a burden imposed on a user by automatically classifying and storing voice data by a prescribed rule. CONSTITUTION: At the time of inputting a voice, a voice signal inputted by a microphone 14 is converted into voice data by a voice processing part 101, and stored through a voice memory controlling part 102 in a DRM 9. The first one sound of the voice data is recognized by a sound recognizing part 104, and the data(sound data) are inputted to a registration table control part 103. The voice memory controlling part 102 calculates a recording time from the capacity of the stored voice data, and outputs it with a leading address in which the voice data are stored to the registration table controlling part 103. The registration table controlling part 103 updates a registration table 5a by applying a registration number so that management information including the leading address, recording time, and sound data is lined up in the order of the Japanese syllabary by the sound data.</p> |
