<p>PURPOSE:To facilitate transplantation to another system and adaptation to the change of order information so as to prevent the fall of scheduling speed, and to maintain versa-tilely high performance extending over a long period. CONSTITUTION:On the basis of an instruction from a user interface 601, a controller 208a makes a pattern generating device 208b generate one pattern of the combination of applying order, and delivers it to a learning engine 208c and an applying order designating device 207, and makes them execute scheduling. A result evaluating device 210 feeds back the evaluated result of the scheduling to an automatic applying order improving device 208. The controller 208a delivers the fed-back result to the learning engine 208c. This learning cycle is repeated until the evaluated result becomes adaptive to a condition designated from the user interface 601. Thus, the high performance can be maintained versatilely extending over a long period.</p> |
