PURPOSE:To attain an opto-microwave transmitting equipment capable of transmitting a signal level in a wide range. CONSTITUTION:When a laser diode light source 1, a photocoupler 9 capable of coupling with an output of the light source 1 and changing a distribution ratio by an input signal, a light transmitting means 10 for transmitting two outputs from the photocoupler 9, and a balanced light receiver 11 for converting a difference between the two outputs transmitted through the means 10 into an electric signal are combined, relative insensity noise from the laser diode light source 1 can be canceled and a signal level in a wide range can be transmitted. |
