PURPOSE:To prevent the same control signal slot from being selected by making plural radio base stations start or restarting transmitting control signals at the same time. CONSTITUTION:The radio communication equipment makes a communication by multiplexing time-division multiple access system transmitted and received slots at the same carrier frequency with time, compose a multi-frame of plural frames, and using at least one of the individual frames as a control signal slot; and plural radio base stations transmit control signals to a mobile terminal with control signal slots of mutually different frames by using the same carrier frequency and when they restart sending the control signals, control signal slots are received from other stations to select a slot which is low in reception level as a slot for the station. The radio base stations start selecting control signal slots start-up times T, different by the stations, after the radio base stations become ready to operate. |
