<p>PURPOSE:To realize assembling work with high accuracy by forming a cathode disk of a composite member composed of a ceramic base board and a metal member having a reference hole, bonded on the base. CONSTITUTION:A cathode base 21 constituting a cathode 23 is composed of a composite member obtained by bonding a ceramic base board 29 and a metal plate 31 to each other. A positioning reference hole 30 is formed on the metal plate 31. Cathode main bodies 22R, 22G, 22B are inserted into three corresponding through holes 27R, 27G, 27B of the base 21, which is positioned with a positioning pin of an assembling jig inserted into the reference hole 30, in assembling the cathode 23. The main bodies 22R, 22G, 22B are fixed, via V-shaped tubs 35, to support pins 32 planted on the base 21, and heater rests 36 are secured to support pins 33. Consequently, it is possible to enhance accuracy of the reference hole 30, by the use of which the cathode 23 of high accuracy can be assembled with high accuracy. As a result, it is possible to enhance accuracy of heights of the main bodies 22R, 22G, 22B, so as t improve fluctuation of a cut-off voltage.</p> |
