PURPOSE:To attain the labor saving of miscellaneous operations accompanying reservation such as the grasp of an attendant in the utilization of facilities by executing the reservation management of the facilities, and simultaneously, executing the management of the attendant to the utilization of the facilities as well. CONSTITUTION:In the case that an arbitrary user executes the input of the various kinds of commands, first of all, the reservation processing part 121 of a reservation device judges whether that user is a person capable of using the facilities or not on the basis of user discrimination information stored in a user information storage part 112. In the case that the user is proved to be the person capable of using the facilities on the basis of this user discrimination, the processing of each command is executed. For instance, in the case of participation and nonparticipation, changed reservation settlement information is sent to a reservation managing device 11 from the reservation device 12. In the reservation managing device 11, the presence of duplicate utilization for other facilities by the user desiring the participation, for instance, is checked on the basis of a reservation settlement information table, and when there is no duplication, etc., the reservation settlement information table is updated, and simultaneously, the reservation device 4 is informed that change is possible. Thus, the reservation device 12 updates the reservation settlement information table in storage. |
