<p>Process for the stabilization and/or recovery of badly tilting or deformed structures such as, for example, the tower of a monument 1, owing to foundation subsidence, these structures being made from stonework, brickwork, concrete, steel, wood or any other materials, which comprises the application of forces in the upper storeys 8, descending to the lower storeys 9 and 10 of the structure, with a view to correcting the deformation, by means of hydraulic rams (jacks) or equivalent systems which transmit the reaction forces 11, by any process, to the heads of piles 2 and 3 surrounding the structure which sink successively into the ground until they encounter the necessary resistance for the point of the structure where the ram or rams is or are acting to begin to move, making the structure more solid with the piles when the desired movement of the structure has been achieved without the pile or piles sinking. <IMAGE></p> |
