4-Oxocyclic urea compound of general formula (I), its pharma ceutically acceptable salts and biohydrolysable esters, which are effective substance of the pharmaceutical preparation. It contai ns 15 to 90 wt. % of 4-oxocyclic urea compound or its salt and 10 to 85 wt. % of pharmaceutically acceptable excipients. 4-Oxocycl ic urea compound or pharmaceutical preparation is used for treatm ent of human or mammal diseases of heart arrhythmia, and/ or hear t fibrillation.
