发明名称 METHOD AND DEVICE FOR MEASURING TORQUE OF STEPPING MOTOR
摘要 PURPOSE:To provide a method and device for measuring the torque of a stepping motor in which torque characteristic can be easily measured without using a device for adding an adjustable and measurable friction load to a rotating shaft under rotation. CONSTITUTION:A radially extending arm 6 is fixed to the rotating shaft M1 of a stepping motor M. A bolt 7 having a locking part 7a is movably mounted on a fixed member 4 provided in a position adjacent to the motor M, and a coil spring 9 is arranged between the locking part 7a and the top end of the arm 6. The motor M is driven at a driving frequency extending from the starting frequency of self-starting frequencies to a measuring frequency in a fixed rise ratio. When the rotating shaft M1 is rotated, a load torque increased according to the increase of the rotating angle is added to the rotating shaft M1 by the coil spring 9. The load torque is equal to escape torque while the motor M is driven at the measuring frequency, and a step out occurs in the motor M. The load torque at that time is calculated from the rotating angle by a CPU.
