PURPOSE:To provide a document managing device for setting up access right to a document such as a program and a design package based upon the organization of a company and the classification of operation. CONSTITUTION:This document managing device for managing only documents such as design packages or programs having access right so as to access them is provided with a document/corrected item storing part 2 for storing a document data base for storing a design package or a program, an access right storing part 1 for storing an organization data base for registering the members and readers of an organization and a working data base for registering operation names and their members or readers and an access right managing part 4 for judging whether a document whose access is requested can apply access right to a person outputting an access request or not by accessing the storing part 1. |
