PURPOSE:To save a memory/storage area and to improve printing speed by separately registering document format data and document data, synthesizing them and outputting/printing them. CONSTITUTION:When a registration indication inputted from an input/output device 1 by a user is document format data designation, a document information registration means 3 adds a designated document information name to inputted document information and stores it into a document format data registration file 21 in an external storage device 2. In the case of document data designation, inputted document information is stored into a document data registration file 22. When the user starts a document format synthesis means 4 for printing document information, the document format synthesis means 4 reads document format data and document data for one page. Data are scanned/compared by respective characters. Then, they are synthesized and are stored into a synthesized document data file 23 and are printed/outputted from an output device 9 through a printing means 8. |
