<p>PURPOSE:To provide a production managing method capable of easily and efficiently producing a material to be produced. CONSTITUTION:Standard working time (t) consisting of standard standby time (r) and standard processing time (s) in production facility is set at every material to be produced in advance, and the degree of progression for them are calculated. respectively by subtracting the standard working time (t) from actual working time T for each material to be produced when processing is completed, and the next processing is performed starting from the material to be produced with higher degree of progression. Also, the production managing method is the one to decide an application order by calculating global degree of progression by accumulating the degree of progression in each work, or to calculate fixed time in one day as the application time t1 in the first processing and to calculate a time after the lapse of 24 hours after the fixed time as the processing completion time t3 the final processing.</p> |
