<p>This invention relates to a rod type food cutting method capable of cutting a food material, which is extruded in the shape of a continuous rod during a mass-production, beautifully without leaving any burrs on a cut surface thereof while, moreover, rounding the cut surface, and a rod type food cutting apparatus therefor. A covered core-carrying rod type food consisting of not less than two kinds of food materials can be cut beautifully without exposing the core material to the outside of the outer surface of the covering material.</p> |
