<p>The kneading appts., for the prodn. of dough, has a delivery mechanism for the kneaded dough with a rotating plate covering the whole of the base of the kneading vessel and rotating with it. The plate is mounted to a central rod, which raises the plate continuously together with the kneaded dough to the level of the upper edge of the vessel, where there is a guide rail extending radially from the vessel edge to the axis.</p> |
