<p>PURPOSE: To provide a simply structured and improved tooth form tray sub-assembly making a tooth form model possible to be accurately repeatedly attached, detached, replaced to and from a dental articulator via accurate alignment for maintaining a desired articulation array. CONSTITUTION: This sub-assembly is mainly made of a tray 102 with side walls 104 and 106 integrated with a bottom wall 108 having a projected channel 109 formed thereon to accept a molding material necessary for forming a tooth form model 110, a releasing device connected to the molding material for releasing a cured tooth form model from the tray 102 and engaged with the peripheral part of the bottom wall 108 within the tray 102 for bonding, an alignment device included around the projected groove 109 for alignment with the position of the cured tooth form model, and the like.</p> |
