PURPOSE:To obtain the composition useful as a structural material, a film, etc. having excellent impact resistance, heat resistance and strength comprising a 4-methyl-1-pentenebased polymer, an ethylene/acrylate-based copolymer and a modified epoxy resin. CONSTITUTION:(A) A 4-methyl-1-pentene-based polymer which is a random copolymer of a 2-20C alpha-olefin and 4-methyl-1-pentene and has >=80wt.% 4- methyl-1-pentene content is blended with (B) one or more copolymers such as ethylene/ethyl acrylate copolymer or ethylene/methyl (meth)acrylate copolymer containing 10-40wt.% acrylate polymerization unit and (C) a modified epoxy resin of the formula (R is H or methyl; (n) is >=1 integer) in the ratio of 70-99.9wt.% of the component A and 0.1-30wt.% of the component B in the components A and B and 0.1-10 pts.wt. of the composition C based on the components A and B and kneaded in a molten state to provide the polymer composition. |
