PURPOSE:To obtain a miniature and high-accuracy oscillator which is used to the watch featuring + or -10 sec. accuracy per year, by unifying the suppoet part and the vibrating part for the crystal oscillator which is formed as prescribed. CONSTITUTION:Vibrating part 102 and support part 103ab are unified. A combination is given between the long-short side ratio 0.8-0.95 and the cut-out angle formed by rotafting the Y-plate crystal centering on the X aixs by -45-55 deg. and then + or - 40-50 deg. centering on new Y' axis, with the long side set to 1.5-5mm, The gold film is formed selectively on the surface to the thickness of 1500-2000Angstrom with the foundation of Cr, thus securing the satisfactory resistance to the etching solution at the etching time of the crystal oscillator. In such constitution, a miniature and high- accuracy oscillator can be mass-produced in a simple way. |
