AUTOMATIC POWDER/GRANULATE PACKAGING DEVICE

PURPOSE:To lengthen the moving distance of the raised powder of filed granule for the laying thereof by a method wherein a rotating body and a rotary weighing disk are eccentrically moved toward a packaging material drawing side to bias an overlapping part toward the drawing side and the granule is filled in such a manner that the lower opening of an intermediate chute overlaps the upper opening of a main chute in the overlapping part. CONSTITUTION:A mounting disk 14 is rotated synchronously with a rotating body 20 to move a rotary weighing disk 12 toward the side of drawing strip-like film packaging material relative to the rotating body 20. On the drawing side is formed an overlapping region P of a rotating path 15T at the lower exit of an intermediate chute 15 and of an epicyclic path 25T on a main chute 25 mounted on the rotating body 20. The rotary weighing disk 12 and the rotating body 20 are rotated in such a timely manner that the lower exit of the intermediate chute 15 overlaps the upper entrance of the main chute 25 in the overlapping region P. Even if the production rate is enhanced by increasing the epicyclic speed, this method assures a sufficient filling time, thereby imparting a sufficient laying time to raised powder.
