This device, which equips a fuel supply circuit of an engine pumping fuel (C0) from the main chamber (30) of the tank (3) includes a fuel transfer circuit which is separate from this supply circuit (4) and which comprises a pipe (5) equipped with a transfer pump (7), the end portions (50, 60) of which emerge in the main chamber, and the intermediate portions (61, 62) of which pass to the bottom of the auxiliary chambers (31, 32) and carry a venturi-effect pump (2), circulation of some of the fuel (C0) from the main chamber (30) into the transfer circuit thus ensuring that the fuel (C1, C2) is sucked from the auxiliary chambers and transferred to the main chamber (30). <IMAGE>
