A multilayered stuffing (10) is described which consists of at least one elastically yielding soft first stuffing layer (12) and a three-dimensional dimensionally stable intermediate structure (14) which is designed with spaces (20) for receiving adjacent sections of the elastically yielding soft first stuffing layer (12) during corresponding loading of the stuffing (10). A dimensionally stable elastic outer layer (22) can be provided on the side of the intermediate structure (14) facing away from the first stuffing layer (12). <IMAGE>
